AFFINBANK launches affinOnline.com

AFFIN Bank deployed the Web Station™s to launch
their online banking portal, affinOnline. an Internet–based
retail banking facility specifically designed to enable
customers do their banking transactions safely and easily.
The Web Station™s are deployed in AFFIN Bank’s
Corporate Headquarters in Kuala Lumpur and have been progressively
installed in their branches to enable customers to continue
to do their banking in AFFIN Bank’s self–service
lobbies.
AFFIN Bank aims to progressively roll out the Web Station™s
across all its branches throughout Malaysia to ensure
that accessibility to Internet banking is not confined
only to customers’ homes and offices anymore. This
is in line with AFFIN Bank’s aim to distribute and
expand delivery channels as widely as possible to enable
customers without a computer to make their banking transactions.
AFFIN Bank conducted an in-depth study of online banking
and set about to ensure a high level of consumer confidence
in their service before embarking on an Internet banking
strategy. Streetspace worked with AFFIN Bank to help them
understand various aspects associated with such a service
and the end result is a robust, user friendly service
with good response times to cater to the needs of its
customers. Such partnership will ensure that Internet
banking is a positive experience for customers.
AFFIN Bank is progressively rolling out its Internet kiosks
across all its branches throughout Malaysia to deliver
greater banking convenience to customers. |
